This crispy feast with intense flavor includes a fabulous sauce and an incredible dip starring GOYA® Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce. Start by preparing the buffalo chipotle sauce, mixing the peppers in adobo sauce with brown sugar cane, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Then, also prepare the dip with the chipotle peppers, but this time mix them with mayonnaise, minced garlic, GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper and GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Finally, cook the wings in the air fryer, arrange everything on a board to share and they’re ready to enjoy. It’s a flavor sensation!

Step 1

Chipotle Buffalo Sauce: In small saucepan set over medium-high heat, stir together chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, barbecue sauce, butter, brown sugar cane, lemon juice, garlic and vinegar; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.

Step 2

Chipotle Aioli Dip: In medium bowl, stir together chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, mayonnaise, lime juice, oil, garlic and adobo seasoning until blended. Chill until ready to serve.

Step 3

Air Fryer Wings: Preheat air fryer to 400°F according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 4

In large bowl, stir together flour, adobo seasoning and baking powder. Toss wings with flour mixture until well coated.

Step 5

In batches, arrange wings in air-fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Drizzle with 1 tbsp little oil.

Step 6

Air-fry wings, shaking basket halfway through, for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Step 7

Toss half the air-fried wings with 1/4 cup Chipotle Buffalo sauce.

Step 8

Chipotle Wing Board: Arrange sauced wings and remaining wings on large serving board or platter with remaining Chipotle Buffalo Sauce and Chipotle Aioli Dip. Add radishes, celery, carrot, red pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, guacamole and pico de gallo.
