Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of a serving dish, then layer with hearty GOYA® Low Sodium Black Beans, classic Pico de Gallo Salsa and shredded cheese before serving. The best part: You don’t even have to turn on your oven!

PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened (see tip below)

chile, finely chopped, plus 1 tsp. adobo sauce from 1 can (7 oz.) GOYA® Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
1 can (15.5 oz.)
GOYA® Low Sodium Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup
GOYA® Pico de Gallo Salsa, drained
1 cup
KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
Tortilla chips and/or assorted fresh vegetables, for serving
Step 1
In small bowl, mix together cream cheese, chopped chipotle pepper and adobo sauce until well blended. Spread cream cheese mixture onto bottom of shallow serving dish.
Step 2
Top cream cheese mixture with black beans, then with Pico de Gallo Salsa. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately with chips and/or vegetables, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 seconds or just until softened. Add 15 seconds for each additional package of cream cheese.
