medium yellow onion, chopped (about ½ cup)
1 tsp.
GOYA® Minced Garlic or fresh

pouch (10.5 oz./ 300 g.) GOYA® Pork Carnitas
Sprinkle with GOYA® Adobo Light All-Purpose Seasoning right before serving (optional)
Step 1
In a medium sized non-stick frying pan heat oil over medium-high heat, once hot add chopped onion and garlic cook for about 3 minutes . Stir ocassionally.
Step 2
Add pouch of GOYA® Pork Carnitas and mix well into onions mixture. Cook until pork is heated through. Serve immediatley.
