baby spinach, pre-washed

small clove garlic, peeled minced or ½ tsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic
1 tbsp.
GOYA® Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp.
GOYA ® Naranja Agria - Bitter Orange marinade or juice of Blood Orange or Monkey Orange
½ tsp.
GOYA® Ground Cumin
¼ tsp.
GOYA® Ground Chili Pepper or cayenne pepper
1 can (15.5 oz.)
GOYA ® Butter Beans, drained and rinsed well

medium red onion, finely chopped (about ½ cup)
Step 1
In a large bowl, place the baby spinach and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium sized bowl, place the garlic, vinegar, GOYA® Naranja Agria - Bitter Orange marinade and spices. Using a whisk, slowly drizzle in oil, whisking until combined. Pour the beans and onions into the dressing and mix well.
Step 3
Then pour mixture over spinach. Toss well to coat. Divide salad evenly among serving bowls.
