Surprise your family with this refreshing little summer treat. Tropical GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail makes a tangy-sweet gelatin, perfect for mixing with ripe summer berries. Top with whipped cream for a cool, warm-weather ending to any meal!

GOYA® Passion Fruit Cocktail
4 tsp.
unflavored gelatin
2 cups
assorted berries, like raspberries, blueberries and chopped strawberries
Whipped cream (optional)
Step 1
Add ¼ cup passion fruit cocktail juice to medium bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over surface; do not stir. Set aside until gelatin softens, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Bring to boil remaining passion fruit cocktail juice in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk the hot juice into the gelatin mixture until smooth. Pour into medium bowl. Chill until just room temperature, about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, divide fruit evenly among four 6-8 oz. glasses. Slowly pour passion fruit mixture over berries, then chill, covered, until firm, at least 6 hours. Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
