GOYA® Small White Beans, drained

large onion, chopped
1
clove garlic, minced
2 cups
canned plum tomatoes
1 cup
macaroni, cooked
Fresh basil, to taste
¼ tsp.
dry basil
½ tsp.
salt
Black pepper, few grains
Garnish:
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Step 1
Heat oil in a 2-quart saucepan; add onion and garlic and sauté until onion is tender.
Step 2
Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.
Step 3
Combine beans, cooked macaroni, basil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bring to a boil.
Step 5
Serve hot. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
