A Quickie Cassoulet
Only hours removed from the traditional French.
Ingredients
2 cans Goya White Kidney Beans, drained
3 tbsp. Goya Corn Oil or butter
2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped or canned
6 shallots, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked
Directions
| 1. | Heat corn oil or melt butter in skillet; add tomatoes, shallots, garlic and parsley. |
| 2. | Sauté until tender. |
| 3. | Combine with beans in a 2-quart casserole. |
| 4. | Top with sausage and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. |
