A Quickie Cassoulet
Only hours removed from the traditional French.
2 cans GOYA® White Kidney Beans, drained
3 tbsp. GOYA® Corn Oil or butter
2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped or canned
6 shallots, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked
|1.||Heat corn oil or melt butter in skillet; add tomatoes, shallots, garlic and parsley.|
|2.||Sauté until tender.|
|3.||Combine with beans in a 2-quart casserole.|
|4.||Top with sausage and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.|
