Bolivian Cornmeal Cake


1 cup of GOYA® Fine Yellow Corn Meal

1 cup of GOYA® Wheat Flour

1 cup of sugar

2 eggs

1 cup of milk (room temperature)

½ cup of GOYA® Vegetable Oil

1 tbsp. of baking powder


1. Blend eggs and sugar.
2. Add oil, milk, cornmeal and flour one at a time. Stop blending and incorporate the baking powder dissolved in ¼ cup of milk.
3. Preheat oven and bake for 30 minutes.
