Brazilian Cornmeal Cake
Ingredients
1 cup of GOYA® Fine Yellow Corn Meal
1 cup of GOYA® Wheat Flour
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of milk (room temperature)
½ cup of GOYA® Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp. of baking powder
Directions
| 1. | Blend eggs and sugar. |
| 2. | Add oil, milk, cornmeal and flour one at a time. Stop blending and incorporate the baking powder dissolved in ¼ cup of milk. |
| 3. | Preheat oven and bake for 30 minutes. |
