Chick Pea & Tahini Dip

The Middle East pita dip. Your anything dip.

Ingredients

1 can Goya Chick Peas

1/2 cup Tahini (from can)

1/4 cup onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic

1/4 cup Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp. dill, chopped

1 tsp. lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mash peas in blender or by hand.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients.
3. Chill before serving.
