Chick Peas and Sausage with Rice

Ingredients

1/4 cup Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Goya Sausage in slices

1 cup onion chopped

1/2 cup green sweet pepper chopped

2 tbsp Goya Garlic chopped

1 envelop Goya Sazón with Culantro & Achiote

1 envelop Goya Chicken or Beef Bouillon

2 cups water

2 cups Canilla Long Grain Rice

1 can 15.5 oz. Goya Chick Peas – no water

Salt to taste

Directions

1. In a saucepan, heat olive oil. Sauté sausage 2-3 minutes.
2. Add onion, sweet pepper, garlic, sazon and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients, season to taste, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
