Ingredients
1 can Goya Pigeon Peas
1 cup Canilla Long-Grain Rice
1/2 cup Goya Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp. allspice
Nutmeg, few grains
Directions
| 1. | Cook rice according to package directions, substituting coconut milk for part of the liquid. Add spices. |
| 2. | Heat pigeon peas; drain. |
| 3. | Combine with rice. Serve hot. |
