Ingredients

1 Pack GOYA® Mini Discos (frozen turnover dough)

GOYA® Vegetable Oil or GOYA® Corn Oil, for frying

KRAFT® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, or Kraft® Shredded Monterey Jack

Directions

1. Spoon about 1 tbsp. of cheese into middle of the disco, moisten the edges with a brush, top with another disco and seal with a fork.
2. Heat 2½ inches of oil in a deep saucepan on medium. Cook pastries in batches, turning to brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
* The discos come frozen - so before making let them sit out for a while.
* The filling can vary; meat, seafood, cream cheese or even fruit paste.
