Quick, have a brunch.


2 cans GOYA® Black Eye Peas, drained

4 strips bacon

1 onion, minced

1 can (15-oz.) GOYA® Corned Beef Hash

Black pepper, (one twist of the mill)


1. Fry bacon crisp; remove, drain and crumble.
2. Sauté onion in bacon fat until tender.
3. Add hash, beans, pepper and bacon; mix thoroughly. Cover.
4. Simmer 10 minutes until heated thoroughly.
Serves 4-6
