Four-Bean Salad

A latin barbeque does not live by meat alone. There's salad, and always some kind of beans. Take a robust bean salad. What could go better? With the whole GOYA® Beanery to choose from, the salad's not only delicious, it's beautiful!


1 (15 oz.) can each, drained & rinsed:

GOYA® Red Kidney Beans

GOYA® White Kidney Beans

GOYA® Chick Peas

GOYA® Black Beans

1 cut chopped scallions

2 cloves garlic, crushed


1 tsp. dry mustard

2 tbsp. GOYA® Wine Vinegar

1/4 cup GOYA® Extra Virgin Spanish Olive Oil

2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped


1. In a very large mixing bowl, combine beans with all remaining ingredients.
2. Toss gently until all ingredients are well coated. Cover and chill.
3. Green olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion rings, or artichoke hearts make handsome, tasty garnishes.
Serves 8-10
