Four-Bean Salad
A latin barbeque does not live by meat alone. There's salad, and always some kind of beans. Take a robust bean salad. What could go better? With the whole GOYA® Beanery to choose from, the salad's not only delicious, it's beautiful!
Ingredients
1 (15 oz.) can each, drained & rinsed:
1 cut chopped scallions
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Dressing:
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. GOYA® Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup GOYA® Extra Virgin Spanish Olive Oil
2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
Directions
| 1. | In a very large mixing bowl, combine beans with all remaining ingredients. |
| 2. | Toss gently until all ingredients are well coated. Cover and chill. |
| 3. | Green olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion rings, or artichoke hearts make handsome, tasty garnishes. |
