Fried Pork Chops with Rice and Pink Beans – Family Meal
Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper or to taste
1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo Light with Pepper
A pinch of oregano
1 tbsp. Vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 lb. Pork Chops
3 tbsp. GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 can (15.5 oz.) GOYA® Pink Beans in Sauce
2 cups of Canilla Rice Extra Long Grain
1 cup of GOYA® Corn Oil
Directions
| 1. | Mix Garlic, Black Pepper, Adobo, Olive Oil, Oregano, Vinegar and marinate the Pork Chops. |
| 2. | To cook the Rice, please follow the directions located on the Canilla Rice bag. |
| 3. | Place the beans in a casserole dish and heat. |
| 4. | In a deep pot, heat GOYA® Corn Oil and cook the Pork Chops for about two to three minutes each side, or until they are golden brown. |
