Grilled Beef Kabobs Topped with Chimichurri Sauce and Served with Fiesta Rice



2 lb. of beef tenderloin or any other meat

1 green bell pepper

1 yellow or red pepper

1 container of cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp. of GOYA® Adobo with Pepper

1 packet of Sazón GOYA® without Annatto

1 cup of GOYA® Mojo Criollo

1 tbsp. of GOYA® Minced Garlic

Bamboo skewers

Chimichurri Sauce

1 jar of GOYA® Chimichurri Steak Sauce

Fiesta Rice

1 box of GOYA® Fiesta Rice (with Wild Rice & Vegetables)


1. Cut the beef in chunks and marinate them with the Sazon, Adobo, garlic and Mojo for two hours.
2. Wash the vegetables and cut the peppers in 1 inch squares.
3. To prepare the skewers put a piece of beef with vegetables on the skewers and finish with a tomato at the end.
4. In a hot grill or pan, cook the skewers till desired consistency.
5. For the rice follow the directions on the back of the box.
6. To serve, put the rice on one side of the plate and on the other, place two skewers one on top of the other forming an X and top them with Chimichurri sauce.
Serves 4-6
