Honduran Sweet Corn


1 bag (16 oz.) GOYA® Frozen Whole Kernel Corn

3½ cups milk, in all

½ cup sugar

1/8 tsp. salt

2 3-inch sticks GOYA® Canela Entera (Whole Cinnamon)

2 tbsp. corn starch


1. In blender, combine corn and 2 cups milk. Puree until very smooth.
2. Strain mixture through fine sieve. Discard residue.
3. In saucepan, combine corn mixture, 1 cup milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cook on medium, stirring often, until it comes to a boil. Dissolve corn starch in ½ cup milk and stir into mixture. Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.
4. Serve hot.
