Melt-In-Your-Mouth Butter Beans

They do, they do!


1 can GOYA® Butter Beans, not drained

3 tbsp. GOYA® Corn Oil

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup scallions, sliced thin

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/2 tsp. black pepper


1. Heat oil, add all remaining ingredients except beans.
2. Sauté until tender.
3. Add beans and simmer 15 to 30 minutes to desired consistency.
Serves 2-3
