Ingredients
3 Patacones Goya
3 Slices of Goya Queso Blanco
Goya Hogao Sauce to Taste (Heated)
Banana leaves Goya
Directions
| 1. | In a hot pot with Corn Oil fry the Patacones till they are crunchy and drain the excess fat with paper towel. |
| 2. | In a preheated oven heat it to a broil add the Patacones with the Cheese on top and cook them till the Cheese melts. |
| 3. | For presentation cover the plate with the banana leave put the patacon on top and add the Hogao sauce on top. |
