3 Slices of GOYA® Queso Blanco

GOYA® Hogao Sauce to Taste (Heated)

1. In a hot pot with Corn Oil fry the Patacones till they are crunchy and drain the excess fat with paper towel.
2. In a preheated oven heat it to a broil add the Patacones with the Cheese on top and cook them till the Cheese melts.
3. For presentation cover the plate with the banana leave put the patacon on top and add the Hogao sauce on top.
