|1.||In a hot pot with Corn Oil fry the Patacones till they are crunchy and drain the excess fat with paper towel.|
|2.||In a preheated oven heat it to a broil add the Patacones with the Cheese on top and cook them till the Cheese melts.|
|3.||For presentation cover the plate with the banana leave put the patacon on top and add the Hogao sauce on top.|
