1 cup sugar - caramel
1/4 cup water
1 cup GOYA® Pineapple chopped
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
1 can GOYA® Condensed Milk
1/2 cup light cream
1 tbsp GOYA® Vanilla extract
|1.||Mix sugar and water in a microwave resistant container and heat for 5-7 minutes until you get a thick brown caramel texture. Pour mix into a baking pan and let cool.|
|2.||Heat the oven - 350 F.|
|3.||Use a baking pan double-boil style to cook the flan mix. Mix the the eggs and the pineapple – incorporate very well.|
|4.||Pour the ingredients into the baking pan containing the caramel. Place into the oven for 1 hour. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.|
