Pinto & Chuck in Red Wine
A Southwestern favorite.
2 cans GOYA® Pinto Beans, drained
1 tbsp. GOYA® Vegetable Oil
1 lb. ground chuck
16-oz. can whole tomatoes
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
|1.||Brown meat in 2-quart heavy sauce pan until brown.|
|2.||Add beans and remaining ingredients.|
|3.||Bring to boil, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.|
|4.||Fold in cheese and allow to melt for a few minutes. Serve hot.|
