Red Bean Chili with Cheese


½ lb. ground beef

2 tsp GOYA® Adobo with Pepper

1 tbsp. GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 cup onion, diced

½ cup green pepper, diced

1 tsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic or 2 cloves garlic, minced

1tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. ground cumin or to taste

2 tbsp. GOYA® Tomato Paste

1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

1 can (15.5 oz) GOYA® Small Red Beans, undrained

1 can (16 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes

½ cup KRAFT® Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese


1. Season meat with Adobo.
2. In a skillet, heat oil on medium high, stir in meat and cook until browned.
3. Add onion, pepper and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes until onions are soft.
4. Stir in chili powder and cumin and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients, breaking up the tomatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, and simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
6. Sprinkle liberally with cheese.
Serves 4
