Skirt Steak with Rice and Black Beans – Family Meal

Ingredients

1 lb. Skirt Steak

GOYA® Adobo with Pepper to taste

1 can of GOYA® Black Bean Soup

2 cups of Canilla Rice Extra Long Grain

¼ cup GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1. Cut the beef into four portions and season with Adobo.
2. In a hot pan, heat oil and cook the beef for about three minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
3. To cook the Rice, please follow the directions located on the Canilla Rice bag.
4. Place the ready to serve black bean soup(red label) in a casserole dish, heat, and serve.
