Tuna with Capers

Fresh Tuna seasoned with lemon and capers. Simple but sophisticated. This recipe comes from one of the most charmful restaurants in Puerto Rico: Sirimar de Aguas Buenas.


1 lb. fresh tuna in big cubes

GOYA® Adobo to taste

1 tbsp GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 chopped onion

3 GOYA® anchovies - chopped

2 tbsp GOYA® Capers

1 medium lemon - juice and pulp

2 tbsp butter


1. Season the tuna with adobo.
2. Melt butter, add olive oil and sautée tuna.
3. Add other ingredients and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Serves 4-6
