1 cup dry GOYA® Brown Rice
2 tsp. GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ red onion, finely chopped (about ¾ cup)
½ red bell pepper, finely chopped (about ½ cup)
6 oz. fresh spinach, coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)
2 tsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic
1 tsp. GOYA® Sazonador Total
|1.||Cook rice according to package directions (cooking time 40 minutes). Meanwhile, heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers; cook until vegetables are soft, about 7 minutes. Add spinach and garlic; cook until spinach wilts and garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute more. Add cooked rice to large serving bowl. Stir in cooked vegetables; season with Sazonador Total. Serve warm.|
