Citrus Chicken Cutlets

4 ¼”-thick chicken breast cutlets (about 1½ lbs.)

3 tbsp. GOYA® Lemon Juice

1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning

½ cup flour

2 eggs, lightly beaten

2 cups GOYA® Bread Crumbs made with Sazonador Total®

¼ cup GOYA® Corn Oil

1 lime, cut into wedges

GOYA® Steam Best Mixed Vegetables (optional)


1. In large container, mix chicken, lemon juice and adobo; cover. Transfer chicken to refrigerator; marinate 1-2 hrs. Remove chicken; discard marinade.
2. Place flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in separate dishes. Toss chicken with flour, dip in egg, then coat well with bread crumbs.
3. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, flipping once, until golden brown and cooked through, about 7 min. Serve chicken with lime wedge.
4. Serve with GOYA® Steam Best Mixed Vegetables, cooked according to package directions (optional).
