1/4 cup GOYA® Olive Oil
1/4 lb. Chopped ham
1/2 cup GOYA® Sofrito
2 tbsp GOYA® Minced Garlic
2 cans (8 oz. each) GOYA® Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. GOYA® Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. GOYA® Oregano
1 tbsp sugar
1 packet GOYA® Sazon with Coriander & Annatto
1 packet GOYA® Cubitos Chicken Bouillon
1/4 cup GOYA® Stuffed Olives
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. GOYA® Spaghetti - cooked according to package instructions
Parmesan cheese – to taste
|1.||Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ham and cook until brown|
|2.||Add sofrito, garlic, tomato sauce, cumin, oregano, sugar, sazón and bouillon; simmer for 3 minutes.|
|3.||Add remaining ingredients and cook until the flavors come together and meat is cooked through, 20-25 minutes more.|
|4.||Top cooked Spaghetti with sauce and garnish with parmesan cheese.|
Hint: You can use 2 lb chicken in cubes to replace the ham.
