Green Chile Dip

Bring the flavors of the South West to your next party with this delicious Green Chile Dip! GOYA® Diced Green Chiles add tang and loads of great taste to this group-friendly dip. Simply mix the diced green chiles with cream cheese and spices, top with shredded cheese and chill. We bet it won’t last long on the appetizer table!

Total time: 10 min., plus chilling time


2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, at room temperature

1 container (16 oz.) sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese, divided

2 cans (7 oz. each) GOYA® Diced Green Chiles, drained

2 tbsp. GOYA® Sazonador Total

2 tsp. GOYA® Paprika


1. In medium bowl, using spatula, stir together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well combined. Add 1 cup cheddar jack cheese, diced green chiles, Sazonador Total and paprika. Stir until completely blended.
2. Transfer green chile mixture to 8-cup casserole dish or serving bowl; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Transfer to refrigerator; chill until cold, at least 2 hours.
3. Serve with tortilla chips or raw vegetables, like celery, carrots and/or broccoli, if desired.
