Kale with Cannellini Beans

1 ½ tbsp. GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small red onion, chopped
3 tbsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic
1 lb. baby kale
1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo Light All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, or to taste
1 can (15.5 oz.) GOYA® Cannellini, drained and rinsed
|1.||In large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, and cook until tender. Add garlic, and cook one minute more.|
|2.||Stir in kale and season with Adobo. Partially cover pan, and cook until kale begins to wilt.|
|3.||Stir in beans. Cook partially covered for two more minutes, until flavors have combined and kale is tender.|
