Kale with Cannellini Beans

1 ½ tbsp. GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 small red onion, chopped

3 tbsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic

1 lb. baby kale

1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo Light All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, or to taste

1 can (15.5 oz.) GOYA® Cannellini, drained and rinsed


1. In large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, and cook until tender. Add garlic, and cook one minute more.
2. Stir in kale and season with Adobo. Partially cover pan, and cook until kale begins to wilt.
3. Stir in beans. Cook partially covered for two more minutes, until flavors have combined and kale is tender.
