A Luscious Mango Shake

Make your next summer meal into a tropical vacation with sweet, creamy mango smoothies. In Latin America, a mango smoothie, or batido, is prepared with mouth-watering GOYA® Mango Nectar and vanilla ice cream. We think you’ll agree: This is one of the most refreshing mango smoothie recipes around!

For a lower fat version, make mango smoothies with low-fat ice cream or yogurt, in place of the ice cream.

Ingredients

1 can (9.6 oz.) GOYA® Mango Nectar

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

3 ice cubes

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender container.
2. Cover and blend on high until smooth.

Variations:
Use other flavor of GOYA® Nectars in place of mango to add variety.
Substitute low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt for the ice cream.
