Quick, have a brunch.
2 cans GOYA® Black Eye Peas, drained
4 strips bacon
1 onion, minced
1 can (15-oz.) GOYA® Corned Beef Hash
Black pepper, (one twist of the mill)
|1.||Fry bacon crisp; remove, drain and crumble.|
|2.||Sauté onion in bacon fat until tender.|
|3.||Add hash, beans, pepper and bacon; mix thoroughly. Cover.|
|4.||Simmer 10 minutes until heated thoroughly.|
