2 cans GOYA® White Kidney Beans, drained
4 tbsp. GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups canned plum tomatoes
1 cup macaroni, cooked
Fresh basil, to taste
1/4 tsp. dry basil
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper, few grains
Grated Parmesan Cheese
|1.||Heat oil in a 2-quart saucepan; add onion and garlic and sauté until onion is tender.|
|2.||Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes.|
|3.||Combine beans, cooked macaroni, basil, salt and pepper.|
|4.||Bring to a boil.|
|5.||Serve hot. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.|
