Pork with Tomatillo Sauce


4 tbsp. of GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1.5 lb. of Pork Shoulder (Diced)

1 Envelope of GOYA® Sazon with Culantro and Annatto

½ tbsp. of GOYA® Adobo with Pepper

1 Onion (Diced)

1 Jar of GOYA® Nopalitos (30oz) Rinsed and Drained

2 tsp. of GOYA® Garlic (4.5oz)

2 Envelopes of GOYA® Vegetable Seasoning

2 Jalapeños (Seeded and Diced)

1 Red Bell Pepper (Diced)

2 cups of GOYA® Tomatillo Puree (26oz. can)

½ tsp. of Sugar

1 tsp. of GOYA® Salsita Jalapeño Flavor


1. Season the Pork with the Adobo and the Sazon, cover and keep it in the refrigerator till you are ready to cook.
2. In a clean pan heat two tbsp. of oil and sear the pork for both sides and then take them out of the pan.
3. In the same pan add the rest of the oil and cook the onions till they are translucent, then add garlic, peppers, seasonings, and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. To the same pan add the tomatillo sauce, pork and cook for about 5 minutes then add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or desired consistency. You can serve the pork with your preference of Corn or Flour Tortillas, or Rice.
