Black Bean Soup
The classic: rich, elegant and delicious. Enjoy as a soup or over rice.
Ingredients
2 can (15.5 oz.) Goya Black Beans, undrained
2 tbsp. Goya Olive Oil
2 rounded tbsp. Goya Recaito
1 tsp. Goya Oregano or to taste
1 tsp. Goya Cumin or to taste
2 packets Sazón Goya without Annatto
2 tbsp. Goya Golden Cooking Wine
1 tsp. Goya White Vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp Goya Adobo with Pepper or to taste
1 cup water
½ cup finely chopped onions for garnish
Directions
| 1. | In saucepan on medium, combine all ingredients. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer uncovered until desired consistency, about 10 minutes. Discard bay leaf. Garnish with onions. |
