Cuban Montuno

Sauté pork in Olive Oil, add a couple of Caribbean spices. Add a touch of Goya and you've got the most popular dish in Cuba right at your table.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs pork meat

1 bay leaf

1 green pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp Goya Adobo

3 tsp Goya Extra Virgen Olive Oil

4 cloves garlic minced

2 big onions sliced

Oregano to taste

2 Morron Pimiento chopped

Directions

1. Heat water in a big saucepan, cover pork with water. Add bay leaf, pepper, onion, green peppers and salt.
2. Simmer one hour until pork is tender. Chill; cut in cubes.
3. Sauté meat in olive oil. Add oregano, onions and garlic. Cook until onions are tender.
Serves 4
