Guacamole

Guacamole has become one of Mexico's most versatile exports. Enjoy this classic with chips or as an accompaniment to Tacos, Tostadas and Burritos.

Ingredients

2 large ripe avocados

1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

1 chile serrano, seeded and chopped

1 large tomato, peeled and chopped

2 sprigs cilantro, chopped

2 tsp. lime juice

1 tsp. Goya Hot Sauce

Directions

1. Cut avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash avocados with a fork.
2. Add the onion, chile, tomato and cilantro and mix thoroughly. Stir in the lime juice and hot sauce.
Makes about 2 cups
