Combine crushed ice with Goya Cream of Coconut, pineapple juice and light rum (optional) and you’ve got a tropical island refreshment to cool you down during those hot summer months.

2 oz. Goya Cream of Coconut

3 oz. white rum

4 oz. Goya Pineapple Juice

1 cup crushed ice

Garnishes:

2 pineapple wedges

2 maraschino cherries

1.	Blend ingredients together on high-speed for 30 seconds. Serve in big goblets, with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
