Tropical Fruit Ice | GOYA

Tropical Fruit Ice

Lighter than ice cream but richer than sorbet, this Tropical Fruit Ice recipe features the fresh, fruity flavor of frozen GOYA® Guava Fruit Pulp, which is simply 100% natural frozen guava fruit purée. Crème fraiche lends a light, creamy consistency to the guava without weighing it down, and the mixture is sweetened with a simple sugar syrup and flavored with lime zest before being processed in an ice cream maker. The result: an icy-cold dessert that’s tropical, refreshing and unforgettable! For more fruit-flavored icy treats, swap out guava for any frozen GOYA® Fruit Pulps, like coconut, tamarind, papaya, mango, guanábana (soursop) and more!
