Yuca with Garlic Sauce

This pleasingly mild, flavorful yuca recipe is a Hispanic staple. Tender GOYA® Yuca is drizzled with mojo, a classic Latin garlic sauce perked up with a touch of vinegar. With just 6 ingredients and less than 5 minutes of prep, you've got a wonderful, authentic side dish in a hurry!Serves 6

Ingredients
1 bag (24 oz.) frozen GOYA® Yuca
½ cup GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic, or 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ tsp. GOYA® Red Wine Vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp. GOYA® Oregano Leaf
Directions
| 1. | Prepare the yuca according to package directions. |
| 2. | In medium saucepan over low heat, add olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt and oregano. Heat, stirring occasionally, until you just begin to smell garlic, about 5 minutes. (Do not allow liquid to simmer or garlic to brown.) |
| 3. | To serve, transfer yuca to serving dish, top with mojo sauce. |
