Step 1

In large pitcher, stir together coconut water, nectar, lemon juice and lemon zest.

Step 2

Place one mint leaf in each ice cube space.

Step 3

Pour coconut water mixture evenly into ice cube trays.

Step 4

Place ice cube trays in freezer, and freeze until cubes are frozen solid.

Step 5

Add cubes to punch bowls or to individual glasses to flavor and chill your favorite beverages.
