Tip by La Cocina Goya

Make a mocktail

Make this a mocktail by substituting Mezcal with non-alcoholic tequila!

Rimming a Glass

Add a lime-salt rim. Simply combine 2 tbsp. Kosher salt and 1 tbsp. lime zest on a small plate. Moisten rims of mule mugs or lowball glasses with a lime wedge; dip glasses in salt mixture, tapping off any excess.
