The Best Chicken Wing Marinade

A little smoky, a little spicy and a lot delicious, these Grilled Chipotle Chicken Wings will be a welcome addition to your summer grilling menu. And they couldn’t be easier to make! Simply marinate chicken wings in GOYA® Mojo Chipotle Marinade to give them a big kick of flavor, and then cook them on the grill until the skin is bubbling crisp and the meat is tender and juicy. Delicious flavor – in no time!

Step 1

Add chicken to gallon-size zip-top bag. Add Mojo Chipotle and seal bag; massage to coat chicken in marinade. Transfer chicken to refrigerator; marinate at least 4 hours, or up to 48 hours; drain chicken, discarding marinade.

Step 2

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Add wings to hot, greased grill grates. Grill, flipping once, until charred and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 3

Transfer wings to serving platter; serve with celery and ranch dressing, if desired.
