GOYA® Low Sodium Small Red Beans, drained, reserving 1 cup liquid from can

Step 1
Heat oil in medium pot over medium-high heat. Add onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add water, tomato sauce and reserved liquid from bean can; bring to boil.
Step 2
Add beans, rice mix and Adobo Light to pot; stir to combine. Bring rice and bean mixture to boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer, covered, until water is absorbed, and rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Fluff rice with fork, let rice sit, covered, about 5 minutes. Evenly divide rice and beans among 6 serving plates.
