Tuna with Capers
Fresh Tuna seasoned with lemon and capers. Simple but sophisticated. This recipe comes from one of the most charmful restaurants in Puerto Rico: Sirimar de Aguas Buenas.
Ingredients
1 lb. fresh tuna in big cubes
Goya Adobo to taste
1 tbsp Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 chopped onion
3 Goya anchovies - chopped
2 tbsp Goya Capers
1 medium lemon - juice and pulp
2 tbsp butter
Directions
| 1. | Season the tuna with adobo. |
| 2. | Melt butter, add olive oil and sautée tuna. |
| 3. | Add other ingredients and let simmer for 3-5 minutes. |
