A Quickie Cassoulet

Only hours removed from the traditional French.


2 cans GOYA® White Kidney Beans, drained

3 tbsp. GOYA® Corn Oil or butter

2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped or canned

6 shallots, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp. parsley, chopped

1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked


1. Heat corn oil or melt butter in skillet; add tomatoes, shallots, garlic and parsley.
2. Sauté until tender.
3. Combine with beans in a 2-quart casserole.
4. Top with sausage and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Serves 4
